What services does Hallo Q provide?Hallo Q is a one-stop shop for all your laundry care needs. Our standard services are Dry Clean / Launder & Press, Wash & Fold and Iron only. We also offer Clothing Repairs, Leather Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. Our Valets will pick up and deliver all of your items, so that you can focus on what really matters to you.

How do I schedule my first Hallo Q order?We think it would be the most convenient for you to order on our website (www.halloq.com) If you have any difficulties, feel free to email us at service@halloq.com - our team is always happy to help!

What can I expect from my first Hallo Q order?On the evening of your scheduled pickup, a Valet will arrive between 8pm and 10pm. We’ll work with one of our experienced local dry cleaning partners to clean your items, and your Valet will bring everything back to you on your confirmed delivery date. You can read more about the process below: 1.) Picking up your order. - Once your order is scheduled, you’ll receive a reminder that our Valet will come by to pickup your items. -Your Valet will arrive between 8pm - 10pm. - Prior the arrival prepare and sort your items based on the service needed (e.g. dry cleaning in on bag, Iron only in the other etc). We also provide other services besides cleaning your laundry such as Repairs, Leather and Shoe Cleaning. - Your Valet will explain in detail how the process works and will also go over our delivery schedule with you, including our optional Rush Services. - Our Standard Delivery fee is €7.95 (usually 3-4 days after the pickup). - The Rush service is in case you need your laundry faster back than the normal delivery route. In this case our expedited service is 2 days. - Each Rush Service is €10.95 extra. - If you have any special instructions regarding your clothes and other items, please inform your Valet. 2.) Cleaning your order. - After pickup, we sent your items to one of our local cleaning partners. - Once the partner has processed your bags you will receive an itemized email with a list of the items you have handed over to us. 3.) Delivering your clean order. - We will send you a email the day of your scheduled delivery date to confirm we are coming that evening. If your delivery has not been confirmed before 5pm, we will send you a text with your next available delivery day to let you know that your clothes are ready for delivery. Just reply "Y" to automatically confirm delivery for that evening. - Your Valet will deliver your clean clothes to your door between 8pm and 10pm. When your Valet has handed over your laundry, be sure to open your bags to let your clothes breath and confirm that your order is ok.

How do I payAt this point, you can pay online and cash.

Is there a minimum order?Yes, there is a minimum order value and any order under this amount will be charged at the minimum order value see pricing.

How will I know the total cost?The day of delivery you will receive a message with the total cost. You can view our price list for a list of common items. If you have a specialty item, you can e-mail us at service@halloq.com to get an price quote.
